Branding Update
You’ll notice a refreshed ReadySuite logo, product and help links pointing to ediscovery.com, and branding updates to reflect ReadySuite being a part of the Nebula Legal portfolio.
We’re excited to align ReadySuite with our own eDiscovery processing and review platform, Nebula, going forward! Stay tuned for exciting new features ahead.
Purview eDiscovery
Microsoft made many breaking changes to the way Purview eDiscovery works for both PST and HTML exports of Teams chat data. Our development team continues to work through these changes.
In this release, we maintain compatibility and continue to support the PST and MSG export formats. Our team is addressing changes to the Teams HTML format (in the new unified Purview eDiscovery experience). ReadySuite’s existing support for Purview Premium and Teams HTML export is still supported. Please note that Microsoft plans to retire Purview Premium in August 2025.
Currently, we recommend exporting using only the PST or MSG options in the unified Purview eDiscovery experience.
Script - Flag Inconsistent Groups
Introducing the Flag Inconsistent Groups script. Use this script to group documents by a group field then flag and report on any values in selected fields not matching across the group.
This script has options to report a detailed breakdown of each inconsistent group and tag all the documents in the group when there are inconsistent values.
Script - Field Statistics
We’ve expanded the reporting capabilities of the existing Field Statistics script. In this iteration, we’ve added the ability to report on: Values per Field, Empty Values, Empty Fields, Unique Values, Percent Field Populated, Most Frequent Value, Least Frequent Value, Min/Max Lengths, Average Lengths, Has Special Characters, and Has Control Characters.
You can now define the fields to report on instead of all imported or custom fields in your project.
Script - Populated Fields
Use the Populated Fields script when you just want to know which fields have values set (and the total number of values set) and which fields are empty/no values set.
This script matches how Field Statistics worked before the addition of the new reporting categories in that script.
Script – Expand Bates Ranges
Prior to this version, the Expand Bates Ranges script would only produce a report of all bates numbers in a project. We added new options to output the bates numbers for any given document.
To use this script, all you need is a starting bates number and ending bates number field. These values can come from an imported image-based load file (e.g. Opticon) or a document-based Concordance DAT load file.
EML/NEML - Reactions Support
When exporting to the EML or NEML file format with a ReadySuite Chat project, reactions are now supported. Each reaction will be shown under their respective message with a count of participants who reacted. Hovering over the reaction will show the participant names for the reaction.
